Learning and certifications live in the same platform as the shift. Staff complete assigned courses and keep their certifications (CPR, background checks, driver's licence and the rest) on one page; administrators create and assign courses, run in-person trainings with sign-off, and watch team compliance and expiry. Expiry periods are Enmantle defaults you can change per type; the DODD rules that set frequencies are cited in each article.
