Integrations, stated exactly.

This page lists what Enmantle connects to right now, in the words the Help Center uses, and what it does not connect to yet. No roadmap items are mixed in; when an integration ships, it appears here with its help article.

Ohio EVV: Sandata

Enmantle is a DODD-approved alternate EVV vendor and submits directly to Sandata, Ohio's EVV aggregator. Visits captured with GPS-stamped clock-ins in the staff app are transmitted to Sandata with the six required data elements; the EVV Status dashboard shows enablement, provider accounts and the transmission log, and reconciles verified visits against billing before a claim is built.

Enablement is per agency and gated on Sandata certification for your Medicaid provider IDs; the Help Center explains what has to be true for a client before their visits transmit, and how to read the compliance and denials workspace. Related guide: Ohio DODD EVV, in plain English.

Ohio DODD billing: eMBS

Enmantle turns verified clock-ins into invoice lines by cost center at the county-board rate, generates the eMBS submission from the invoice, and imports the DODD remittance to reconcile paid, denied and adjusted lines back to the visits. Authorizations and units live on each client's billing profile so a shift that would exceed an authorization is visible before it is billed.

The billing articles walk the whole cycle: from clock-ins to a clean eMBS invoice, importing remittance and reconciling, authorizations and units and cost centers and rate tables. Related guide: the eMBS billing cycle.

Client records: Ohio ISP PDF import

A client can be created from a standard Ohio DODD individual service plan (ISP) PDF: Enmantle reads the plan and populates the client's profile and OhioISP goals, which then appear on the Client 360 page and inside daily notes for scoring. Import a client from an Ohio ISP PDF.

Payroll: your payroll provider's Payroll Preview PDF

Enmantle does not run payroll. It distributes pay stubs: a Super Admin uploads the Payroll Preview PDF exported from your payroll provider, Enmantle reads every employee's stub out of the one file, matches names, handles corrections, and notifies staff, who see their stubs under My Pay. Bonus amounts can be imported the same way.

The importer accepts PDF only, not spreadsheets or scans. Importing pay stubs · Setting up bonuses · Viewing your pay stubs.

Calendars: payroll calendar ICS feed

The payroll calendar (paydays, holidays and bonus dates) publishes a private subscription link, an ICS feed, so paydays appear automatically in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar without opening Enmantle. The payroll calendar and subscribing to paydays.

Mobile: the Enmantle staff apps

Native apps for iPhone and Android are the direct support professional's side of the platform: GPS clock-in and clock-out, the shift schedule, voice-dictated notes with ISP goal scoring, medication logging, incident reports with photos, and offline capture that syncs when the device reconnects. Download from the App Store or Google Play; staff sign in with the workspace their administrator gives them.

Data in: the import wizard and write-only API tokens

Agency data comes in two ways. The import wizard brings locations, users, clients and certifications across in the right order. For programmatic loads from another system, Settings offers API tokens that are write-only, capped at the Manager role, required to carry an expiry date, and shown once at creation. Importing your agency's data.

Most agencies never need a token; the wizard covers a normal migration, and the Enmantle team runs staged migrations from Brittco and other systems as part of onboarding.

Data out: exports

Your records are yours. CSV exports of your agency's data are available on request at any time, with no export fees and no lock-in on termination; the audit log is reviewed in-app by Super Admins (export is on the roadmap). Data export, migration and support FAQ.

Built-in services, not integrations you manage

Three vendor services run inside the platform and never need setup on your side: speech-to-text for voice notes, de-identified AI drafting help for incident narratives (which can be turned off per workspace), and optical character recognition for receipts and certificates. They are listed, with what each receives, on the subprocessors page.

What Enmantle does not integrate with yet

 • Accounting systems. There is no direct QuickBooks or general-ledger connection; billing and remittance data are available through reports and exports.
 • Payroll processing. Enmantle distributes stubs from your provider's PDF; it does not calculate or run payroll.
 • County board portals other than eMBS and PAWS. Authorizations are entered from PAWS; there is no automated PAWS sync.
 • SMS. Notifications are in-app and by email.

If one of these decides a purchase, say so in the demo: the roadmap is ordered by what agencies ask for.
