The payroll calendar and subscribing to paydays
Read the payroll calendar at a glance — paydays, holidays, and bonus dates — and subscribe so every payday lands in Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
The Payroll Calendar shows paydays, holidays, and bonus dates at a glance. Everyone on your team can open it, and anyone can subscribe to it so paydays appear right inside their own phone or work calendar. This guide covers both.
Open the calendar
Go to Payroll Calendar from the dashboard. You'll land on a month grid with a few quick cards up top.
Read the color legend
Each date on the grid is color-coded so you can scan the month fast:
Payday— green.COD Holiday— purple.Bonus Payday— yellow.Client Event— pink.Today— blue.
At the top, three info cards summarize what matters most right now: Next Payday, Next Holiday, and Current Period.
Use the quick cards
The cards below the calendar are shortcuts:

Subscribe to paydays in your own calendar
Instead of checking the calendar in Enmantle, you can have paydays flow automatically into the calendar app you already use. Enmantle publishes a private subscription link (an ICS feed) that stays in sync — when a payday is added or moved, your calendar updates on its own.
- Ask your admin for the payroll
Feed URL. (Admins find it underSettings→ICS Feed.) - Copy that link.
- Add it to your calendar using the steps below.
Google Calendar
- In Google Calendar, next to Other calendars, click the + and choose From URL.
- Paste the
Feed URLand add the calendar.
Outlook
- In Outlook, go to Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
- Paste the
Feed URL, give it a name, and save.
Apple Calendar
- On iPhone, open Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
- Paste the
Feed URLand save.
Keep yourFeed URLprivate — it's tied to your agency's calendar. If a link is ever shared by mistake, an admin canRotate TokeninSettingsto retire the old link and issue a new one.
Next steps
Admins who need to set the paydays themselves — cadence, weekend rules, and holidays — should see Setting up your pay schedule and paydays.
