Enmantle is the operating platform for an Ohio IDD or home-care agency, and these articles are the first hour on it: how the workspace is laid out, how you sign in (your agency administrator creates your account; there is no self-signup), and how a direct support professional runs a first shift from clock-in to note to clock-out. Administrators should read the welcome tour first and then the admin section; DSPs can go straight to the first-shift walkthrough.
