The Client 360 page, tab by tab
Every client has one page that holds their waiver, Medicaid ID, ISP review tracker, GPS consent, care team, visits, notes, and incidents.
Every client in Enmantle has a single home page — the Client 360. Instead of hunting through folders, you get one place that holds who the person is, who supports them, what's authorized, and what's happened. This guide walks each section so you know where to look.
Where it comes from
If you set the client up by importing an ISP PDF, much of this page is already filled in. You can update any section as things change.
The header
Every tab sits under a header that summarizes the person at a glance: their age·DOB, location, Primary svc {code}, Waiver {type}, and Medicaid {id} chips. From the header, ISP Goals opens their goals, Edit client opens the record for changes, and admins also get a Delete button.
The compliance strip
Just under the header, a row of pills tells you whether the client is ready for EVV — this is your at-a-glance answer to "is anything missing?"
- ISP review — one of
ISP review on track,ISP review due in {n} day(s),ISP review overdue, orISP review date not set. The plan gets reviewed on a schedule, so this pill keeps a review date from sneaking up on you. - GPS consent —
GPS consent active,No GPS consent on file (ODM-10375),GPS consent expired, orGPS consent revoked. Enmantle reads GPS only at clock-in and clock-out, never in between; this pill is where that permission shows on the record. - Medicaid —
Medicaid ID on fileorMedicaid ID missing.
Four KPI tiles quantify the record: Authorized services, Care team, Incidents, and Events.
The tabs
The page is organized into tabs — some appear only if the matching module or access is on:
Overview— the summary landing tab.Care Team— the DSPs and contacts who support the client. Contacts imported from the ISP land here.Services & ISP— the client's waiver, authorized services, and ISP goals, which are scored inside daily notes. See Scoring ISP goals inside your notes.Medications— the medication list, shown only when your agency has the Medications module on.EVV & Compliance— EVV history plus an EVV readiness checklist:Medicaid ID present,Primary physical address set,Individual payer row active, andGPS consent (ODM-10375). Clear all four and the client is ready to bill through EVV.Schedule & Visits— the shifts and clock-in/clock-out history for this client, so you can see coverage is actually happening.Billing— claims and billing detail, shown only if you have billing access.Incidents— the record of incidents involving the client. For how to file one, see Report an incident.Activity— the audit trail of changes made to the record.
Think of the Client 360 as the client's chart. Everyone on the team looks at the same page, so nobody is working from an out-of-date copy.
