How Information Is Used and Shared

Your information is used solely to operate the App and to provide records to your Organization. Visit times, EVV location stamps, notes, and incident reports are visible to authorized staff of your Organization and may be submitted by your Organization to payers or state EVV systems where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share data only with: (a) your Organization; (b) service providers that host and process data on our behalf (such as cloud hosting and speech-to-text processing), bound by confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities where required by law.

Health Information

Client health information documented in the App is processed on behalf of your Organization and handled in accordance with applicable health-privacy law, including HIPAA where it applies, and the agreements between Enmantle, LLC and your Organization.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Sign-in credentials are stored on-device in your phone's secure storage. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

Retention & Deletion

Time, EVV, and care records are retained according to your Organization's legal and regulatory obligations (EVV and care records are typically subject to multi-year retention requirements). To request deletion of your account or data, contact your Organization's administrator or email us at the address below; we will honor requests to the extent the law and your Organization's retention obligations allow.

Your Choices

Camera, microphone, location, and notification permissions can be changed at any time in your device settings. Location permission is required to clock in and out, as EVV verification cannot function without it.

Children

The App is a workplace tool and is not intended for or directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy here and update the effective date above. Material changes will be announced in the App.
