One state is live and every county board's rates are loaded. Other states are on the roadmap, listed below in the order we are prioritising them, with no dates. When a state opens, its page appears here with the EVV aggregator, billing system and rules it runs on.
Ohio: live
Enmantle runs Ohio DODD agencies today, statewide: scheduling, GPS EVV submitted to Sandata as a DODD-approved alternate EVV vendor, ISP notes and OhioISP goals, eMAR, UI and MUI incident reporting under OAC 5123-17-02, eMBS billing against PAWS authorizations, payroll distribution and staff training, with every county board's rates loaded.

Planned, in priority order
Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and Texas are planned, in an order set by waiver volume, EVV aggregator compatibility and provider interest. None has a launch date, and we do not sell into a state before its EVV submission, billing connection and incident rules are built and tested.
Each state runs its own arrangement of Medicaid waivers, EVV aggregators and incident reporting. Rather than publish assumptions, we publish a state's page only when we open it, with the specifics an agency there needs to evaluate the product. If your agency is in one of these states and wants to be first, email hello@enmantle.com; interest from providers moves a state up the list.
What "live" means
- The EVV integration is certified and submitting in production.
- The state's Medicaid billing format and remittance import are built and reconciling.
- The state's incident-reporting categories and deadlines are in the incident wizard.
- Rate tables for the state's payers or county boards are loaded.
- At least one agency in the state runs its daily operations on the platform.
