Accessibility statement.
Enmantle is built for people who work with their hands full and their eyes on someone else. This statement covers enmantle.com and the Help Center; the product itself has its own accessibility work, summarised at the end.
Our target
We aim for enmantle.com and the Help Center to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test with keyboard-only navigation, screen readers on desktop and phone, browser zoom to 200 percent, and automated checks (axe) on every deploy.
What is in place
- Keyboard access to everything, with a visible focus ring and a skip link to the main content on every page.
- One heading structure per page, landmarks for navigation and content, and descriptive alternative text on product screenshots.
- Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text, including the primary buttons and comparison-table markers, which were corrected in September 2026.
- Reduced-motion preferences respected: animations stop when your operating system asks for less motion.
- The Help Center sidebar and search work without a mouse; the search form also works without JavaScript.
- Comparison tables are scrollable regions that can be reached and scrolled from the keyboard, with the row label kept in view.
- Forms have labels, error messages that say what to do, and no time limits.
Known issues and how we handle them
- Some help articles embed short, silent walkthrough videos that start muted. Each has standard controls to pause, and none autoplays when your operating system asks for reduced motion. They contain no speech, so captions are not needed; the caption under each video describes what it shows.
- Comparison tables are wider than a phone screen. They sit in a scrollable region that can be reached and scrolled from the keyboard, with the first column kept in view.
- PDF and video content produced by third parties (for example state forms we link to) may not be accessible; we link to the primary source and describe it in text where we can.
Report a barrier
If any part of enmantle.com or the Help Center is hard to use with assistive technology, email hello@enmantle.com with the page address and what happened. We reply within one business day and fix confirmed issues in the next release.
The product
The Enmantle platform and the staff apps are built with the same principles: large tap targets for use in the field, voice dictation for documentation, high-contrast text, and screen-reader labels on controls. Accessibility declarations for the mobile apps are maintained in the App Store and Google Play listings. Agencies evaluating the product can request our current accessibility conformance notes through the contact page.
