Schedule, Serve, Sustain, Strengthen: one record for the whole agency.

Enmantle groups everything an Ohio IDD or home-care agency runs into four mantles — Schedule, Serve, Sustain, and Strengthen. Each one is a set of screens your team already uses; together they share one record per client and per shift, from the first shift scheduled to the last claim reconciled.

Four mantles, one record

Enmantle groups everything an Ohio IDD or home-care agency runs into four mantles. Schedule is the Time Grid: building the week, filling a call-off, tracking staff availability, and approving time off, with On-Site On-Call splitting overnight hours automatically. Serve is the shift itself — GPS clock-ins that feed Ohio's EVV program, the eMAR and Med Pass grid, ISP goals scored inside the daily note, and the incident wizard when something needs reporting. Sustain is what keeps the agency running: clock data that becomes an eMBS invoice, authorizations and rate tables that keep shifts billable, and a payroll calendar with pay stubs and client expense tracking. Strengthen is the workforce behind all of it — assigned courses, tracked certifications, and onboarding from offer letter to first shift.

Why one record matters

The four mantles aren't four separate tools bolted together. A shift built on the Time Grid is the same shift a direct support professional (DSP) clocks into, the same visit that verifies through EVV, the same line that becomes a billing row, and the same record a manager reviews for compliance. Nothing gets re-typed between modules, because there is one record per client and per shift, not four.
