The Enmantle app, for the people in the field.
Direct support professionals (DSPs) and caregivers run their shift from the phone: clock in and out with GPS for Ohio EVV, see the schedule, dictate notes, log medications and report incidents; clock-ins and incident reports work without signal. Your agency administrator gives you the workspace and sign-in; there is no public sign-up.

The app is free to install. Access comes through your employer's Enmantle subscription: sign in with the workspace address and credentials your administrator gave you, or with a passkey once you have set one up.
What the app does
The Enmantle staff app is the field side of the platform: GPS-verified clock-in and clock-out that becomes the Ohio EVV record (Enmantle is a DODD-approved alternate EVV vendor and submits directly to Sandata), your shift schedule and open shifts, voice-dictated visit notes with ISP goal scoring, medication logging, and incident reports with photos. Clock-ins and incident reports are captured offline and sync when you reconnect.
- Clock in and out from the Time Clock with a single GPS point captured at each moment, never in between. If the phone cannot get a fix, you can still clock in and the app says so.
- See your week, pick up open shifts your manager posts, and request time off.
- Write the note by voice. Dictate, let the AI tidy the wording (it never invents; you remain the author of record), and score the client's ISP goals inline.
- Log medications on the Med Pass grid when your agency has the eMAR module on.
- Report an incident in three steps with photos; it lands in your administrator's review queue against its deadline.
- Work without signal. Clock-ins and incident reports are captured offline and replayed when you reconnect; each carries a device-side request ID so a replay never duplicates. If GPS is unavailable at clock-in, you can still clock in and the record says so.
Location, plainly
The app records your location only at the moment you clock in and clock out, for electronic visit verification, and only where the person you support has given the annual GPS consent Ohio requires. It never tracks you in the background. The privacy policy says the same in full.
