Signing in with a passkey (Face ID or fingerprint)

Typing a password on your phone every shift gets old fast. Enmantle lets you sign in with a passkey instead — your fingerprint or Face ID — so getting in takes a second. It's the same secure login, just faster, and it's especially handy on mobile.

You set this up once per device. If you use both a phone and a tablet, you can add each one. Don't have the app yet? Get Enmantle on the App Store or Google Play first.

Turn on Biometric Login

You'll do this from the device you want to use — your phone is the usual choice.

1. Sign in the normal way. If you're new, start with Logging in and setting up your profile.
2. Go to Settings, then General.
3. Find the Biometric Login card — "Sign in faster with fingerprint or Face ID."
4. Tap Enable Biometric Login.
5. When your phone asks, confirm with Face ID, your fingerprint, or your device passcode.

Once it's set, the card shows an Enabled badge, and next time you sign in you can use your face or finger instead of a password.

Add another device

Got a second phone or a tablet? Set up each one so you can sign in fast from any of them.

1. On the new device, sign in and open the Biometric Login card in Settings → General.
2. Tap Add Another Device.
3. Confirm with that device's Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode.

Each device you add shows up in your Registered Devices list with its name, when it was added, and when it was last used.

Remove a device

If you lose a phone, get a new one, or just stop using a device, remove it so it can no longer sign in.

1. Open the Biometric Login card.
2. In Registered Devices, find the device.
3. Use the remove option next to it.

The passkey on that device stops working right away. You can always add it back later if you need to.

Removing a device only removes that passkey — your account and password are untouched. You can still sign in the normal way from any device.

A few things to know

• Your fingerprint and face never leave your device. Enmantle only receives a secure passkey — not your biometrics.
• You can keep several devices enabled at once; each is independent.
• Lost access to every device? Sign in with your password and set up a new one.
