Logging in and setting up your profile

How to log in on the web and mobile apps, finish first-time setup, fill out your profile, and allow location and notifications on your phone.

Before you can build a schedule or clock in, you need to be logged in and set up. This takes a few minutes and you only do it once. This guide covers both the web app and the phone apps.

There's no self-signup and no email invite. Your agency admin creates your account for you and gives you an email and a password (they can click Generate to create a strong one). You use those to sign in the first time.

  1. Go to the Enmantle sign-in page (web) or open the app (phone).
  2. Enter the email and password your admin gave you, then sign in.
  3. Change your password after your first login so only you know it.

Enmantle also supports faster, more secure sign-in with a passkey (fingerprint or Face ID). Once you're in, go to SettingsBiometric Login ("Sign in faster with fingerprint or Face ID") and tap Enable Biometric Login. Use Add Another Device to set it up on more than one phone or computer.

If you ever can't get in, don't create a second account — contact your agency admin or email support and we'll sort it out.

Get the mobile app

If you're a DSP, you'll mostly work from your phone. Enmantle has native iOS and Android apps.

  1. Install Enmantle from the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Open it and sign in with the same email and password you use on the web.
  3. That's it — your shifts and everything else are already there.

Administrators can use the phone app too, but most day-to-day admin work is easier in the web app on a larger screen.

Fill out your profile

Once you're in, take a minute to complete your profile so your agency has what it needs.

  1. Open Settings — that's where your profile and account options (including Biometric Login) live.
  2. Check that your name, email, and phone number are correct.
  3. Add or confirm any details your agency asks for.
  4. Save.

If your role includes certifications, those are tracked in Enmantle with expiry alerts, so you and your agency get a heads-up before anything lapses.

Allow location and notifications on your phone

The first time you use the app, it will ask for two permissions. Both are worth allowing.

  • Notifications — this is how you find out when a new schedule is published or something needs your attention. Published schedules notify you in-app and by email.
  • Location — Enmantle reads your GPS only at the moment you clock in and clock out, to confirm you were on site for EVV. It is not tracking you while you work, and it's not running in the background between clock events. Enmantle is a DODD-approved alternate EVV vendor, so this single-point capture is all that's needed.

If you tapped "don't allow" by accident, you can turn either permission back on in your phone's settings for the Enmantle app.

Where to go next

You're set up. Here's what to do next depending on your role:

  • DSPs — walk through your first shift: clock in, document, clock out.
  • Staff setting their hours — keep your availability up to date so schedulers know when you can work.
  • New to the platform? — the 10-minute tour shows how everything fits together.
