Ohio guides

Ohio guides, sourced and dated.

Written for the people who run agencies, not for vendors. Every guide opens each section with a direct answer, links the rule or the ODM/DODD page it comes from, and shows the date it was last reviewed. Where Enmantle fits, we say so in one section and leave the rest alone.

How these guides are written

Each guide is built from the primary source: the Ohio Administrative Code on codes.ohio.gov, the Ohio Department of Medicaid's EVV pages, and DODD's own resources. We quote rule numbers so you can check us, we state deadlines as the rule states them, and we record the review date at the bottom of every page. When a rule changes, the guide changes and the date moves.

What is coming

Guides in progress, in the order agencies ask for them: HPC versus ADS versus NMT (with on-site on-call), how to become a DODD agency provider, Ohio DSP training and certification requirements, the Ohio waiver types (IO, Level One and SELF), and the EVV exception and error codes. Ask for one at hello@enmantle.com and we will move it up.

Corrections

If a guide is wrong or out of date, email hello@enmantle.com with the section and the source. We correct the page and note the change.

  • EVV readiness for a clientFour things must be true before a client's shifts can bill through EVV. The readiness checklist on Client 360 shows what's ready and what's missing.
  • Report an incident: the 3-step wizardHow a staff member files an incident on Enmantle: the 3-step wizard, attaching photos, and why the discovery date drives every deadline.
  • From clock-ins to a clean eMBS invoiceFollow the billing flow end to end: clock data becomes billing rows, preflight flags problems, and you generate an eMBS invoice you can trust.
