Monitoring team compliance and certification expiry
The Team Certifications dashboard shows who's compliant, what's expiring, and what's missing — so nothing lapses without warning.
The Team Certifications dashboard is your single view of where every staff member stands on their credentials. This guide covers reading it, understanding the compliance statuses, catching expirations early, and approving certifications your staff add. If you're a manager, you'll see the staff at your location; directors and administrators see everyone.
Open the Team Certifications dashboard
Go to Team Certifications. Each staff member shows a row of their certifications, with a colored dot for each one so you can scan the whole team at a glance.
Read the status dots
Each certification carries a colored dot:
- Green — active and current.
- Amber — expiring within 30 days.
- Red — expired.
- Gray — missing (a required certification the person doesn't have on file).
Compliance status, staff by staff
Enmantle rolls those dots up into one status per person:
compliant— everything current.at_risk— something expires within 30 days.non_compliant— something has expired, or a required certification is missing.
DODD requires a specific set of certifications, so missing any of these flips someone to non_compliant: BCII Background, Rapback Enrollment, CPR & First Aid, Initial Training, and Annual Training.
Watch the Expiring Soon panel
The Expiring Soon panel lists certifications approaching their expiry, each with a countdown like "12d". They're grouped so you know what needs attention first:
- Urgent — 7 days or less.
- Warning — 8 to 14 days.
- Upcoming — 15 to 30 days.
You'll also see an Expiring in 30 days stat on your dashboard. These alerts are in-app, so check the dashboard regularly to catch renewals before they lapse.
Approve certifications your staff add
When a DSP or manager adds a certification, it arrives as PENDING and lands in the Certification Approvals queue. Approvers get an email. Review it, then approve or reject. Adding a new certification of the same type automatically archives the old one, so the record stays clean.
Certification Approvals is for directors and administrators. Managers can see their team's status but don't approve certifications.
Certifications alert — they never block scheduling
Worth stating plainly: this dashboard tracks and alerts, but certifications never block scheduling. An expired or missing credential shows up red or gray and drives your reminders, but it will not stop someone from being placed on a shift or clocking in. Compliance here is about staying right with DODD and your agency — use the alerts to renew credentials in time.
