Getting help: submitting a support request
Stuck on something in Enmantle? The Support page lets you send a request straight to the Enmantle support team, attach a screenshot, and get a confirmation by email. Here's how.
When something in Enmantle isn't working the way you expect, or you have a question no one around you can answer, you don't have to hunt for an email address. Enmantle has a built-in Help & Support page where you fill out a short form and it goes straight to the Enmantle support team. You'll get an email confirmation, and the team responds within 24 hours during business hours.
Anyone signed in to Enmantle can use it — DSPs, coordinators, admins, everyone.
What the Support page is
Open Help & Support from the dashboard. The page has three parts:
- A Submit a Support Request form — the main way to reach the team.
- A Contact Us panel with the support phone number, email (
support@enmantle.app), and hours (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm ET). - A Frequently Asked Questions list — quick answers to common questions. It's worth a glance before you submit, in case your answer is already there.
Submit a support request
- Open
Help & Supportfrom the dashboard. - Check the Frequently Asked Questions at the bottom of the page first — your question may already be answered there.
- In the Submit a Support Request form, your
Your NameandYour Emailare already filled in from your account and can't be edited — that's how the team knows who to reply to. - Pick a
Category. The choices areTechnical Issue,Training / LMS,Expenses,Account / Login,Feature Request, andOther. - Type a short
Subject— a "Brief description of your issue." - In
Message, describe what's happening in as much detail as you can. If you're reporting a bug, say what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. - Optionally, add an attachment. Click the
Attachments (optional)box to upload screenshots or files — up toMax 5 files, 10MB each (Images, PDF, Text). A screenshot of the problem helps the team a lot. - Click
Submit Request.
Category, Subject, and Message are required. If you miss one, Enmantle asks you to fill it in before it will send.
Tip: For anything urgent, don't wait on the form — call the support number listed in the Contact Us panel.
What happens after you submit
When your request goes through, you'll see a confirmation on screen: "Support request submitted! Check your email for confirmation."
Here's where it goes and what to expect:
- Your request is sent to the Enmantle support team, and a copy of your request is saved so nothing gets lost.
- You get a confirmation email at your account address that repeats your category and subject, so you have a record of what you sent.
- The team reviews it and responds within 24 hours during business hours.
- Any files you attached are sent along with your request.
The confirmation email is your tracking record — there isn't a separate ticket list inside Enmantle to check on status. If you don't see the confirmation email within a few minutes, check your spam folder, and if it still isn't there, call or email support directly using the details in the Contact Us panel.
A few things the Support page can't do
- Password resets go through your administrator, not this form. For security, resets require admin approval — contact your supervisor or admin. (You can still submit an
Account / Loginrequest if you're unsure who to ask.) - Complaints and incidents have their own place. If you need to report a concern or incident rather than get technical help, use
File a Complaintfrom the Support page instead.
