Piloting the Brittco Bridge
A temporary EVV pilot that pushes your clock-outs to Brittco. Turn clients on, backfill recent shifts, retry failures, and watch the job statuses.
The Brittco Bridge is a temporary pilot for agencies mid-migration. While you're moving off Brittco, the bridge keeps your EVV flowing by pushing completed clock-outs from Enmantle over to Brittco automatically. It's a stepping stone, not a permanent setup. This guide covers turning it on and keeping an eye on it.
Find it under Settings at Brittco Bridge — "Temporary EVV pilot — monitor bridged clock-out jobs and configure per-client / per-staff Brittco mappings."
Turn the bridge on
The bridge only runs when the master switch is on. With that enabled, you decide which clients bridge — it's per client, not all-or-nothing.
- Open
Brittco Bridge. - Find a client you want to bridge.
- Flip
Bridge to Brittcoon for that client. - Repeat for each client in the pilot.
Names map automatically
You usually don't have to configure anything else. When you turn a client on, Enmantle fills in the Brittco mapping for you:
- The client name defaults to
Last, First. - The staff name defaults to
First Last. - The site defaults to the client's location.
There are override fields if a name in Brittco doesn't match exactly, but they're optional. Leave them blank unless something needs correcting.
Backfill recent shifts
Turning a client on only bridges future clock-outs. To catch shifts that already happened, use Backfill last 30 days — it enqueues completed shifts from the past month so they get pushed over too. Run it once when you first bring a client into the pilot.
Watch the jobs
Each clock-out becomes a job with a status. Check them so nothing slips:
Pending— queued, waiting to send.In progress— sending now.Done— pushed to Brittco successfully.Skipped (dup)— already sent; a duplicate, safely ignored.Failed— didn't go through.
When something shows Failed, click Retry to re-queue that job. Most failures clear on a retry.
Because this is a migration pilot, plan to wind it down. Once your agency is fully on Enmantle for EVV, you won't need the bridge — it's here to carry you through the switch, not to run forever.
