# Completing your assigned courses

> Your assigned training lives in the Learning Center. Start a course, work through each module, pass the quiz, and earn your certificate.

When your agency assigns you training, it shows up in the Learning Center. This guide walks you through starting a course, working through it, passing the quiz at the end, and getting your certificate. You can do all of it from your phone.

## Find your assigned courses

1. Tap `Learning` in the menu to open the `Learning Center`.
2. Your courses are sorted into `Assigned`, `In Progress`, `Completed`, and `Overdue`.
3. Anything under `Assigned` or `Overdue` is waiting on you.

An `Overdue` course isn't the end of the world — it just means the due date passed. You'll also get reminders 7, 3, and 1 days before a course is due, so it's easy to stay ahead.

## Start a course and work through the modules

Open a course and tap `Start Course`. A course is made of **modules** — small lessons you finish one at a time. Depending on the course, a module might be:

- A document to read.
- A page of text.
- A video to watch (uploaded, or a YouTube/Vimeo clip).
- A quiz to check what you learned.

Work top to bottom. When you finish one module, the next one unlocks.

## Pass the quiz

Many courses end with a quiz. Tap `Start Quiz` when you reach it.

- The screen shows the passing score you need — for example, "Passing score: 80%".
- Questions may be multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, or multi-select.
- You have a limited number of tries. Watch "Attempts remaining: {x} of {y}".

If you pass, you'll see `Congratulations! You passed!` and can tap `Review Answers & Explanations` to see how you did. If you see `Quiz not passed`, don't worry — read the material again and retake it while you still have attempts left.

> Out of attempts? Your manager can restart the course for you. A restart wipes your earlier tries, so you get a clean start.

## Locked modules and prerequisites

Sometimes a module or a whole course is locked.

- A `Lock` icon on a module means you haven't finished the one before it. Complete them in order and it opens.
- A `Course Locked` message means the course has a prerequisite. Finish the required course first, then this one unlocks.

## Earn and download your certificate

When you finish every module — and pass every quiz — the course flips to `Completed` on its own. Your certificate is issued automatically and a confirmation email goes out.

To keep a copy:

1. Open the `Certificates` tab.
2. Find the course.
3. Tap `Download PDF`.

Some certificates have an expiry date, so the course comes back around for a refresher later. You can track all of your certificates — including ones from outside Enmantle — in [Adding and tracking your certifications](/help/add-track-certifications).
